OUR STORY

After 17 years of delivering customer & employee feedback solutions to leading North American brands, as BehaviorWorx, we realized we were part of an industry that had lost its way. We, like our competitors, were over-priced, provided only the bare minimum of one-on-one client service and lacked focus on helping our clients reach their objectives.

 

The time had come to get back to basics, to serve brands the way they deserved to be served.

 

With our new purpose, we shut down BehaviorWorx in late 2014 and launched FreshFeedback to reflect the three pillars of our vision.

Five years after launching FreshFeedback as an alternative to our out of touch competitors, we continue to build relationships with our clients through respect, transparency, and fair pricing.

Arm clients with the range of insight solutions they need to help them deliver the experiences their customers & guests expect by tailoring every insight solution to their specific need.

Deliver the most attentive level of one-on-one service to clients available in the insights industry.

Be realistic with our pricing. Quality insights shouldn't come with a hefty price tag and we commit to being at least 40% less expensive than our competitors.

Nick

President & Chief Experience Officer

Nick has a background in Retail, Grocery, Convenience, Fast Food, and Petroleum. He is responsible for the overall business, client strategy, and client acquisition.

Samantha

VP, Client Delivery

Samantha excels at delivering on client expectations. She is responsible for the delivery of all client programs, requests and the flawless delivery on all client expectations.

Steve 

VP, IT

Steve is our technology guru. There is not much he doesn’t know and there is not much he can’t solve. He is responsible for ensuring everything technology-related works flawlessly every day.

Suzanne

VP, Creative Marketing

Suzanne is responsible for making our brand resonate with prospective clients, all creative and design activities and everything marketing or social media related.

 

Pharmasave Atlantic has worked with FreshFeedback for the
past three years on our customer feedback survey.

 

During that time, they have provided excellent strategic and tactical advice, as well as the administrative support needed to run the program effectively. FreshFeedback has been very responsive to our needs and is continually looking for new and better ways to do things.
