After 17 years of delivering customer & employee feedback solutions to leading North American brands, as BehaviorWorx, we realized we were part of an industry that had lost its way. We, like our competitors, were over-priced, provided only the bare minimum of one-on-one client service and lacked focus on helping our clients reach their objectives.
The time had come to get back to basics, to serve brands the way they deserved to be served.
With our new purpose, we shut down BehaviorWorx in late 2014 and launched FreshFeedback to reflect the three pillars of our vision.
Five years after launching FreshFeedback as an alternative to our out of touch competitors, we continue to build relationships with our clients through respect, transparency, and fair pricing.

Samantha excels at delivering on client expectations. She is responsible for the delivery of all client programs, requests and the flawless delivery on all client expectations.
Steve is our technology guru. There is not much he doesn’t know and there is not much he can’t solve. He is responsible for ensuring everything technology-related works flawlessly every day.
